    We got to the hotel at 7:30. They said our room wouldn’t be ready until 3. I’d already been up over 24 hours and wanted nothing more than a shower and bed.

    We wandered deliriously around Barcelona for a little while.

    They got us into a room at 12:30.

    My house at home finally has power.

    I can now commence with the enjoyment of vacation.

    Right after this shower. And nap.
